Aviation
We provide a claims handling
service, and advice and legal representation in disputes arising
from accidents or other events such as major air disasters. We also
service all other aerospace sectors underwritten by insurers,
including airlines, airports (including ground handlers and air
traffic control service providers), product manufacturers,
regulatory bodies, maintenance and repair organisations, and the
general aviation sector.
Our team often advises on the
drafting and interpretation of insurance policies and provides
corporate, commercial, and employment advice to aerospace
insurers. Moreover, we are ongoing supporters of
leading international conferences and participate in many key
industry organisations.
Space
Our team provides a claims handling
service, and advice and legal representation to space insurers and
reinsurers on all matters arising out of launch, in-orbit, and
other risks that they underwrite.
By tapping into a deep pool of
experience and knowledge, and combining our strengths with other
areas of our aerospace insurance practice, we help clients to
manage their problems effectively. We have therefore been chosen to
advise on some of the largest insurance the industry has
seen.
We support leading international space insurance conferences
and constantly update our knowledge to remain at the forefront of
our profession. Many of our team members have also contributed
texts to space publications and we are regular participants in the
UK National Point of Contact events for ESA.
