We are the sole lawyers for one of the world's largest express parcel carriers and package delivery companies, United Parcel Service (UPS). Additionally, our firm advises UPS on a range of multi-modal transport and trade-related issues arising from its main business providing specialised transportation, logistics, capital and e-commerce services.

Our team also serves as litigation advisers to the National Express Group plc, which owns nine UK train-operating companies and has a wide variety of interests in the rail, train, coach and bus sectors.

Our experience includes negotiating and drafting contracts, liability agreements and insurance policies. Working with other teams within the firm, we are able to provide a comprehensive legal service including advice on customs and regulatory issues.
