  • insurance banking: assisting insurers and reinsurers on deals ranging from Lloyd's funds to alternative risk transfer products;
  • guarantees and indemnities: advising providers/recipients, as well as officers/directors on liability issues; and 
  • structured and lease finance: helping borrowers extract value from assets, using leasing or securitisation techniques.
